When you use our products, as instructed by your academic institution (or ministry or organization), we may collect personal information such as your first name, last name, email address, and in some cases phone number and mailing address. In some cases, we may be instructed to collect sensitive personal information such as your sex. Any personal or sensitive information that is collected on our platforms are in complete compliance with the data protection regulations as per the law.
Credentials
We collect usernames of users participating in our system.
Device Data
Some of our products collect information on the version of the device or software you are using while interacting with our products. Vretta may collect other information that is non-personal, such as the type of Internet Browser you are using and your IP address.
We also may process cookies to handle login information and language selection.
Language Data
If you are using any of our products that are provided in multiple languages, we collect data on the language of the application being used, as well as when the language is changed.
Activity Data
We collect data about which lessons you have used, how long you spend on them, whether you have completed them or not, and your score on them.
Other
We collect other administrative information such as your college/school name, class name, professor’s/teacher’s name, and grade level. Some of our services collect survey information on an individual’s level of education.
WHAT INFORMATION WILL VRETTA NOT COLLECT?
Vretta does not collect your financial information required to process your order, such as your credit card number. Any such information will be collected through a third-party payment system, if required. Their use of your financial data will be strictly limited for the purposes of processing the financial transaction for your purchase.

Vretta strives to ensure that your personal information is stored securely. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
In general, we use any information collected to serve our clients and enhance the user experience. We may use account information being provided to connect teachers to their students’ current progress on our applications. We may also track devices used and their version information to fix any issues particular to a device and provide support for different platforms.

Vretta will retain your personal and non-personal information only for the period of time that is necessary under the circumstances or required by law. If and when your information is no longer required for the purposes specified by us, we will delete your information.

At times, Vretta is required to share your personal information with its affiliated entities that help us provide the service or products you have requested. We will disclose your personal information to third parties only under the following circumstances:
